Cancellation
Out of fairness to your therapist and other clients trying to see your therapist, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all cancellations or changes to your appointment (duration, time of day, etc). For missed appointments, cancellations, or other changes to your booked appointment less than 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a fee. The first occurrence will be 50% of the cost of your appointment. Any re-occurrences after that you will be required to pay 100% of the cost of your appointment.
