Meet the Team

Meggy Bellerive

RMT, CST, VM

Originally from Quebec, Meggy moved to BC over 15 years ago and has spent 20 years working in the field of health and wellness. She has been an active member of the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC(CCHPBC) since 2020. She is passionate about the incredible human body and its natural ability to heal, adapt, and restore balance.

As a holistic massage and manual therapy practitioner, Meggy combines skilled therapeutic touch with a deep respect for each person's unique healing journey. She believes that wellness is more than the absence of pain—it is the experience of feeling connected, balanced, and at ease within oneself.

Committed to lifelong learning, Meggy continues to deepen her understanding of pain science and knowledge of Craniosacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation with the Upledger and Barral institute. These approaches support her holistic practice and enhance her ability to work with the body's natural healing processes.

When she is not working with clients, Meggy enjoys Sailing, hiking, cycling, and exploring the beautiful landscapes of Vancouver Island.

Her goal is to provide compassionate, professional care that empowers each client on their journey toward better health, greater comfort, and lasting well-being.

Miranda Larose

RMT

Miranda strives to create a therapeutic environment for her patients using a 'nervous system-focused' approach. In our busy, and distracting world today, she believes it is more important now than ever for our bodies to experience a resilient nervous system. Giving yourself time to rest and recharge can be one of the most therapeutic things to offer your body.

Miranda uses a gentle approach to her work, and offers treatments including a combination of general Swedish massage, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, and intra-oral TMJ work. Craniosacral Therapy uses gentle touch to assess and ease areas of restriction in the body, support the nervous system and encourage the body's natural ability to heal.

She is passionate in supporting those experiencing headache/migraine, TMJ related issues, stress/anxiety/depression/PTSD, chronic pain, menstrual cycle related pain, digestive issues- and truly, anyone in need of some quiet time to decompress from life's demands.

Miranda is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy and registered through the College of Complimentary Health Professionals of BC. She has a love for learning and continues to develop her practice through continuing education courses.

Her hope for anyone stepping in to her treatment room is that they feel grounded, with a sense of ease in mind and body when they leave.

Stephanie Laporte

RTC, SEP

Stephanie is a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC) and Somatic Experiencing®Practitioner (SEP) who specializes in body-based trauma work and nervous system regulation. Her approach integrates Somatic Experiencing®, somatic touch, and transpersonal counselling to support clients in developing a safer and more attuned relationship with their internal world. She works from the understanding that the body carries its own story—often long before we have words for our experiences. Rather than focusing on “fixing,” her work invites compassionate attention to the body’s signals, sensations, and protective patterns, helping clients rebuild trust in their natural capacity for regulation and connection. Her practice draws from attachment theory, parts work, mindfulness and trauma-informed principles to create a grounded, supportive environment where clients can explore at a pace that feels right for them. Her intention is to foster greater safety, presence, and self-connection through the therapeutic process.
